1. Who secures our transport service?

Our parcel transport service is provided by CTT Expresso.

2. How can I track my order?

After the delivery of your order, you receive an email with the tracking number to follow your order on the CTT Website. Direct Link: https://www.cttexpresso.pt/feapl_2/app/open/cttexpresso/objectSearch/objectSearch.jspx?lang=def
This feature is not available for in-store withdrawals.

3. How does in-store survey work?

You can choose to pick up your orders online at our physical delivery point and take advantage of free shipping. After confirmation of payment, within 3 working days you will have your order ready for pickup at the physical delivery point. As soon as your order is ready to be picked up an email is sent. To carry out the survey, it is mandatory to present an Identification Document (Citizen's Card, Identity Card or Passport).

4. How long do I have to pick up my order at the store?

Your order is available for in-store withdrawal for 30 days. After this deadline the order is returned to our warehouses.
